Deposits help ensure your date and time are reserved!
All sessions have a 2 week maximum return time from the date of session (EXCLUDING WEDDINGS). I typically send “sneak peaks” the day of or day after session! If anything ever delays this time frame I will notify you ASAP!
Any session more than 15 miles from photographers location (Munford, AL) will result in a travel fee. This travel fee is calculated based off mileage and priced at $0.54 mile. ALL travel fees and deposits must be paid no later than 48 hours before scheduled session time.
If you are late or cancel more than two sessions you will be required to pay in FULL to book with me again. If you cancel less than 48 hour(s) before your scheduled shoot time there will be a $25 cancellation fee due. Everyone’s time is valuable!
If you “No Show” you will no longer be able to book with me. This is disrespectful to my business as well as others who missed out on the opportunity to book a session.
If you need to reschedule I don’t mind working around you, however please message me (at least) 2 days in advance. This allows me time to get your session booked with someone else.

If you cancel more than 2 days ahead of time any money (besides deposit) will be refunded. Anything cancelled less than 2 days will NOT be refunded. No shows will NOT be refunded or allowed to book with me again.
